各学院：

根据学校统一安排，财务处将对实行完全学分制管理的本科生的当前学年学分学费进行结算，现将收费学分审核的有关事项通知如下：

一、审核内容

核对2018-2019-2学期实际已修的课程及总收费学分。

二、注意事项

1.ACCA、中外合作相关专业没有实行完全学分制学费收费制度，本次学分核对不包括这部分学生；

2.原非学分制学生，因降级、转专业到实行完全学分制管理的年级、专业的学生，降级、转专业后所修课程按学分学费收费；

3.核对时注意区分收费学分、免费学分（见附件1）。

三、审核步骤

本次审核分两个阶段，先由各学院教学秘书审核，审核无误后再通知相关学生审核。

1.各学院教学秘书审核

（1）登录新教务管理系统，点击选课管理-学分制收费数据统计，其中学生选课数据明细是学生实际所选课程信息，学生选课学分统计是收费课程学分统计；

（2）各学院按实际开设的课程（教学计划）以及人才培养方案进行核对，学院在核对时还要特别注意查对人才培养方案中的课程名称、学分与录入教务系统中的课程名称、学分，若两者有不一致的，应认真研判并加以纠正，核对过程中若有问题请及时与教务处运行科联系。

2.学生审核

（1）登录新教务管理系统进行核对，点击信息查询，其中学生选课明细查询是学生实际所选课程，学生选课学分统计是已选收费课程学分统计；

（2）学生每学期的课表为实际所选课程，请根据当前学期的课表，核对新教务系统中（信息查询-学生选课数据明细/学生选课学分统计）的收费课程名称、学分是否与其一致，如有问题及时报给各学院教学秘书，再由教学秘书将问题汇总后报给教务处运行科。

3.审核时间

要求各学院教学秘书在4月25日前完成相关内容的审核，然后通知学生在4月28日前完成收费学分的审核，并于4月28日前将学分核对问题汇总的电子版发至邮箱97032225@
